    Sega Genesis

The Sega Genesis was a game-changer for the late '80s and early '90s. I still remember the thrill of playing Sonic the Hedgehog and Streets of Rage with friends, and it was the console that introduced me to the world of 16-bit gaming. Plus, the cool advertisements and that legendary 'Genesis does what Nintendon't' tagline totally made it iconic!

    PlayStation 3

The PlayStation 3 was the first console to really push the boundaries of what gaming could be with Blu-ray support and online features. I mean, who could forget the infamous launch fiasco? But once it found its footing, it gave us gems like The Last of Us and Uncharted 2 that still hold up today!

    Nintendo Wii

The Wii brought gaming to the masses like never before! I still chuckle thinking about family gatherings where we'd all end up having epic bowling matches. It was the perfect blend of fun and fitness, and it made my grandma a gamer—who knew she'd love Mario Kart?

    Xbox One

Despite its rocky start, the Xbox One ended up being a solid console for so many of us. With the integration of services like Game Pass and backwards compatibility, it really carved out its niche. Plus, I loved how it doubled as a media center; who doesn't want to play games and binge shows in one place?
