Best Eyeshadow Palettes for Cool-Toned Skin and UndertonesOh my dears, finding a truly *cool* toned eyeshadow palette can be quite the ordeal . . it really is, isn't it . So many palettes claim to be 'neutral' but pull so Warm on my skin . . like an orange bruise honestly . After years of collecting . . and a few regrettable returns , , here are some of my current favorites that actually understand a Cool Undertone .
