    Lodge 10.25 Inch Skillet

    lodgecastiron.com

the one everyone starts with for good reason. pre-seasoned out of the box and costs less than a pizza. the surface is rougher than vintage stuff but after a year of use it smooths out. made in Tennessee since 1896.

the octagonal shape looks cool but its actually functional. spring handle stays cooler longer and the speed cool design means less oven mitt fumbling. thick walls give even heating. this is the bougie option and its worth it.

machined smooth cooking surface like the vintage stuff. lighter than you expect for cast iron. hand made in pennsylvania. yes its expensive but the pour spouts and balance are impeccable. heirloom piece.

lighter and smoother than lodge but way cheaper than butter pat. the sweet spot for people who want quality without going full send on price. their seasoning instructions are excellent too.

Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron Skillet

This is not your average skillet! The Le Creuset Signature is a bit of a splurge, but trust me, it’s worth every penny. I’ve had mine for years, and it still looks like new. It heats evenly and comes in so many colors, you can match it to your kitchen decor!

I can’t say enough good things about my Smithey skillet! It’s handcrafted which gives it a unique charm, and the polished finish means it’s super easy to clean. I’ve been using it for everything from cornbread to steaks, and it just keeps getting better with age!

    Camp Chef Cast Iron Skillet

This Camp Chef skillet is my go-to for camping trips and backyard cookouts. It’s heavy-duty and can handle anything from frying bacon to searing burgers over an open flame. Plus, it has a cool handle that makes it easy to lift even when it’s full of deliciousness!

    Victoria Cast Iron Skillet

If you’re looking for something budget-friendly without sacrificing quality, check out the Victoria skillet. It’s pre-seasoned and ready to use right out of the box. I love how it has a slightly thicker base, which means no warping even when I crank up the heat!
